This was last weekend. I love the fall! Such great colors up the canyon, and the aspens hadn't even changed to yellow yet. I drove up the canyon near my house. For those that care, this is somewhere in the vicinity of Sundance Ski Resort, of Sundance Film Festival fame. The ski resort is owned by Robert Redford. It's the resort where I took the icicle photographs.
Well, I don't really go North all that much either I have a good friend in Brigham City and some family in Layton. Also I do rarely for skiing, but the last time I did that I got stranded at Brighton and had to hitch my way down the mountain. >_< Ah, memories.
normally? first half of September looks like end of the summer (about 15~18 C), but later it turns out to really bad weather... cold, rainy, foggy, no sun, no leaves, no colours. ;( worse than winter, I'll say.
But this year... man, we're having real abnormalities... forecast for autumn says "hooray, we'll have kinda cold summer till December... and don't expect any snow before Xmas". As for now, it IS true. Sunny days (okay, today's rainy...still my thermometer says that we have 16 C) with 15~20 C... Sounds cool, but it ISN'T normal...

Nearly all of us, if not every single one of us, have come across a deviation that just has a disappointing '...'. Conversely, some of us have even come across a massive wall of text.
Whether we are the people who ask ourselves, "Is that it?", or whether we are the people who ask ourselves, "What can I say?", this guide will hopefully provide you with some insight in how to go about writing a good description for your deviations, a.k.a. your Artist's (or Author's) Comments.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

His generous community spirit and positive energy have earned him a reputation within our community as being someone who is a role model to us all. Jurgen's eclectic gallery gives you a glimpse into his vibrant personality, and shows that he's not just good at cooking up a storm in the kitchen, but that he's always prepared to throw some devious spices into his artistic endeavours. So with a dash of hooray and a heaped spoonful of congratulations, we are delighted to present the Deviou... Read More
